I do believe in letting others listen to my music even if that meens I have to send them an mp3 of what they wanted to hear. I think the swapping of mp3's is fare and will fight for the clause in a courtroom if need be. I first ask this to all people, why so big a deal about swapping mp3's, If you were in my home you could listen to them for free and if i was in your home i could listen to yours for free, so why not swap.
